Drive Growth and Engagement

The School of Life is seeking a highly skilled Client Retention Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Digital team, you will be responsible for driving subscriber activation and retention, creating personalized customer experiences that drive loyalty and long-term engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement activation and retention strategies to drive users, revenue, and business growth.
  • Create a seamless user experience across all stages of the user engagement lifecycle.
  • Analyse data sets to drive insights and inform growth initiatives, including A/B testing and experimentation.
  • Collaborate with the Product team to optimize data and reporting infrastructure.
  • Manage churn through effective winback campaigns and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Work closely with the Direct to Customer Marketing team to find cross-funnel and cross-channel opportunities to reach and convert new audiences.

  • Passion for emotional and mental wellbeing.
  • Highly organized with strong project and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects with changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to simplify complex data into actionable recommendations.
