We are currently seeking a Senior Account Manager to oversee and streamline the execution of Digital, Social, and CRM initiatives for our esteemed retail partner. This pivotal role involves direct collaboration with marketing and planning teams, ensuring that all campaigns are executed efficiently, within budget, and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and cultivate enduring relationships with retail clients, gaining insight into their objectives and challenges.
  • Manage daily operations, coordinating with internal teams to fulfill client commitments and uphold high satisfaction levels.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for client support and collaboration, fostering new business avenues.
  • Proactively address and resolve issues, ensuring a positive client experience and preventing escalations.
  • Assist the Account Manager in briefing internal teams, particularly during peak periods.
  • Plan resources effectively across teams ahead of each campaign to ensure timely delivery.
  • Engage with third-party suppliers and media owners to clarify deadlines and specifications for each campaign.
  • Maintain accurate cost trackers for various channels, ensuring regular communication with the account team and the client.
  • Ensure timely submission of Purchase Orders by direct reports in advance of supply deadlines.
  • Flag any potential issues to the relevant planning manager in advance.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in photographic, print, digital, and design techniques.
  • Experience in advertising and media planning is essential.
  • In-depth knowledge of the retail marketplace and design principles.
  • Ability to analyze and leverage data for budget planning and tracking.
  • Expertise in managing critical paths throughout project workflows.
  • Implementation of processes that ensure financial and legal compliance.
  • Strong commercial acumen and customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and identify new opportunities proactively.
