Job Type: 12 Month Fixed Term

Salary and Benefits: Competitive salary up to £55,000 based on experience, plus a performance-related bonus of up to 32%, private health insurance, 38 days of annual leave, a robust pension plan, life assurance, income protection, and additional volunteering days.

Role Overview:

This position involves spearheading the communication strategy for our investment offerings. You will be responsible for crafting and delivering investment-related communications that align with our strategic objectives. This includes translating complex technical information into clear, engaging educational and promotional materials.

You will oversee the primary investment messaging for our solutions, ensuring alignment with our propositions and target audiences while managing customer expectations effectively.

In this role, you will lead various strategic investment communication initiatives across the organization and cultivate relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate delivery of projects. Collaboration with Marketing and other departments will be essential to produce compelling and insightful investment content.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in implementing investment communication strategies within a Life and Pension or Investment firm, with a solid understanding of customer needs and distribution channels.
  • Exceptional communication skills, capable of conveying information, ideas, and strategies effectively to stakeholders, including senior management.
  • Proficiency in challenging existing processes and viewpoints constructively.
  • Strong interpersonal and networking abilities, with a talent for maintaining diverse relationships across various stakeholder levels.
  • Capacity to anticipate future communication needs based on customer insights, market trends, and regulatory changes.
