Job Type: 12 Month Fixed Term

Salary and Benefits: Up to £55,000 dependent upon experience plus 16% bonus up to 32%, private medical cover, 38 days annual leave, excellent pension, 12x salary life assurance, income protection, 3x volunteering days and much more.

Role Overview: We have an exciting opportunity at Phoenix Group Holdings for an Investment Communications Manager within our Investment Solutions team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute the communications strategy for our investment offerings.

- Create and ensure the delivery of investment communications that align with this strategy. This includes translating complex technical information into clear, educational, and sales-oriented materials.

- Oversee the core investment messaging for our solutions, ensuring alignment with propositional intent and target demographics while managing customer expectations.

- Lead various strategic investment communications initiatives across the organization and cultivate relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate delivery.

- Collaborate closely with Marketing and other departments to produce engaging and insightful investment content.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in implementing investment communications strategies within a Life and Pension or Investment firm, with a strong understanding of customer needs and distribution channels.
  • Exceptional communication skills, capable of conveying information, ideas, and plans effectively to stakeholders, including senior management.
  • Ability to constructively challenge the status quo amidst differing opinions.
  • Strong interpersonal and networking abilities, maintaining diverse relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Capacity to foresee future customer communication requirements based on research, market insights, and the evolving political and financial landscape.
