Investment Communications Lead

Job Type: 12 Month Fixed Term
Salary and Benefits: Competitive salary up to £55,000 based on experience, plus a bonus structure of 16% up to 32%, private medical insurance, 38 days of annual leave, a robust pension plan, life assurance at 12 times salary, income protection, and additional volunteering days.

Role Overview:
The primary responsibility of this position is to develop and execute the communication strategy for our investment offerings. This includes crafting and delivering investment-related communications that align with our strategic objectives. You will be tasked with translating complex technical information into clear, educational, and sales-oriented materials while supporting team members in this endeavor.
You will oversee the essential investment messaging for our solutions, ensuring alignment with our strategic intent and target audience, while also managing customer expectations regarding our investment offerings.
In this role, you will lead various strategic investment communication initiatives across the organization and cultivate relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials. Collaboration with Marketing and other departments will be key to producing engaging and insightful investment content.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in implementing investment communication strategies within a Life and Pension or Investment firm, with a strong understanding of customer needs and distribution channels.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of conveying information, ideas, and plans effectively to stakeholders, including senior management.
- Ability to constructively challenge existing processes and viewpoints in a diplomatic manner.
- Strong interpersonal and networking abilities, enabling the maintenance of diverse relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proactive in anticipating future communication needs based on customer insights, market trends, and regulatory changes.
