Position Overview

N2O Limited is seeking dedicated Talent Management Executives to play a pivotal role in facilitating the engagement of top-tier contractors within our marketing initiatives. In this role, you will work closely with esteemed clients, identifying and aligning suitable contractors from our platform based on their expertise, geographical location, and availability for various assignments. Join our vibrant and supportive team to gain invaluable experience across a range of brand activations. Comprehensive training will be provided to ensure your success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work in tandem with Campaign Management to ensure a thorough understanding of campaign needs for optimal resource allocation.
  • Conduct both inbound and outbound communications to identify and secure qualified contractors.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for scheduling follow-ups and relay detailed information to contractors regarding their assignments.
  • Regularly update your line manager on the status of campaigns, adhering to established protocols.
  • Maintain accurate records by utilizing contractor information from the company database.
  • Provide constructive feedback and suggestions to enhance contractor services.

Candidate Requirements

  • Willingness to work weekends on a rotational basis, compensated with time off during the week.
  • Proficient in English for both verbal and written communication.
  • Prior experience in administrative or customer service roles.
  • Exemplary telephone communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage workload.
  • Achievement of personal targets set by the line manager.
  • Dependable and team-oriented mindset.
  • Proficient in IT applications including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Comfortable working in a collaborative office environment.
