Position Overview: We are currently seeking a temporary Talent Acquisition Associate to support our corporate recruitment initiatives. This role will focus on various commercial and corporate divisions, driving the recruitment process from initial discussions to final offer stages.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a thorough understanding of client business goals and strategies.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and HR to identify the necessary skills and experience for each role.
  • Create and manage a comprehensive recruitment strategy for each position, setting clear expectations.
  • Utilize effective sourcing methods to attract qualified candidates.
  • Screen and manage candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring clear communication and feedback.
  • Implement a structured, competency-based interview process.
  • Negotiate salaries and manage the offer process in conjunction with HR.
  • Conduct reference checks and manage the contract request process diligently.
  • Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and relevant CRM tools.
  • Efficiently manage temp-to-perm hiring processes.
  • Proactively seek assistance in resolving any recruitment challenges.
  • Champion our commitment to providing exceptional recruitment services and support TA objectives.

Qualifications:

  • A university degree.
  • Some experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably in the healthcare sector, with a focus on direct sourcing.
  • Strong assessment skills to evaluate candidates' capabilities and competencies.
  • A professional, accountable, and collaborative approach to teamwork.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships across all business levels.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities.
  • A strong work ethic with a commitment to delivering high-quality recruitment services.
  • A desire to learn, grow, and achieve success.
