Regional Sales Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team at Midas. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our market share in the commercial kitchen equipment industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers and identify new business opportunities
  • Work closely with the Sales Director to develop and implement sales strategies and plans
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and growth objectives

Requirements:

  • At least one year of field-based B2B sales experience
  • Commercial kitchen experience as a chef de partie, kitchen manager, pastry chef, sous chef, executive chef, head chef, or contract catering manager
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues
