We are on the lookout for a skilled Social Media Strategy Specialist who will focus on crafting impactful social media strategies. This role offers the flexibility to work both in-office and remotely.
The ideal candidate will possess a natural curiosity about the rapidly changing landscape of social media marketing, audience engagement across various platforms, and the ways in which brands can deliver value. As a seasoned strategist, you will have a comprehensive grasp of social media dynamics and effective brand growth techniques.
Your primary responsibilities will encompass the creation of strategic social media marketing frameworks, performing audience analysis, generating captivating content, evaluating campaign outcomes, keeping abreast of industry developments, and nurturing robust client partnerships. Additionally, you will oversee a team of strategists and mentor junior personnel.
Key Qualifications:
At least 3 years of experience in a creative strategy role within an agency setting In-depth understanding of social media trends and emerging technologies Proven ability to extract insights from data to fuel creative initiatives Familiarity with social listening tools and analytics software Strong grasp of social media performance metricsWhat We Provide:
