We are seeking an experienced HR Services Manager to lead our transformation project, focusing on the effective delivery of first-line HR advice, HR administration, and full lifecycle process management. As part of our organization's merger, we are looking to appoint an HR Services Manager on an 18-month fixed-term contract to drive operational excellence and implement a new HR system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR processes to support operational delivery, ensuring seamless integration with our new HR system.
  • Lead the team through the implementation and installation of the new HR system, ensuring a smooth transition and minimal disruption to our business.
