As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for processing new business applications, liaising with providers and clients to ensure a smooth and timely service, and maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of client data, transactions, and correspondence on our CRM system.

You will also prepare client review reports, valuations, and illustrations using various software tools and platforms, and assist with compliance and regulatory requirements, such as anti-money laundering checks, suitability reports, and risk assessments.

Additionally, you will handle incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and post, and respond to client queries in a professional and courteous manner, and support the advisers with research, analysis, and product comparisons as required.

You will work closely with all staff members to contribute to the company's development and objectives, and carry out all reasonable requests of tasks required by the Management Team in an efficient and courteous manner.

You will need a basic understanding of the Financial Planning process, and be able to work within defined business processes.

You will also need to be able to achieve agreed outcomes without supervision, and have excellent interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.

Additionally, you will need to be able to multitask and prioritise effectively, and work independently and in a team.

You will also need to have IT skills, including being fully competent with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Financial Planning qualifications are not essential but aspirational, and the company will cover the cost of exams/training for individuals that wish to complete their exams.

Internal progression is available and encouraged.
