Key Responsibilities:
Role Summary
Collaborate with the Event Management Team to ensure the successful execution of conference and meeting operations. Enhance event quality and drive additional revenue through strategic planning and execution. Work closely with event organizers to facilitate a seamless experience for all parties involved. Manage the venue booking system, ensuring accurate and timely production of Event Banqueting Orders. Gather and analyze client feedback post-event to foster future business opportunities. Develop comprehensive Event Banqueting Orders for both clients and operational teams. Provide essential venue and partner information to clients for smooth event execution. Coordinate with contractors to arrange supplementary services and maximize revenue. Ensure all documentation is processed accurately and promptly. Participate in pre-event meetings to finalize details with clients and contractors. Confirm that all event documentation is duly signed and submitted to relevant teams. Collaborate with the Health and Safety Manager to ensure compliance with safety regulations. Maintain regular communication with operational departments to meet client expectations. Prepare detailed Profit and Loss statements for events exceeding a specified revenue threshold. Represent the department professionally to clients, suppliers, and colleagues. Collect and disseminate post-event feedback to relevant stakeholders. Attend operational meetings and planning sessions to ensure alignment on event details. Manage client accounts to promote business growth and repeat bookings. Undertake any additional responsibilities as required.Qualifications
