Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:

ROLE SUMMARY

Collaborate with the Event Management Team to ensure the successful execution of conferences and meetings. Enhance event quality and drive additional revenue through effective sales strategies. Work closely with event organizers to guarantee a seamless experience for all parties involved. Manage the venue booking system, producing accurate Event Banqueting Orders within specified timelines. Gather and analyze client feedback post-event to facilitate future bookings. Coordinate with clients to develop comprehensive Event Banqueting Orders for operational teams. Provide essential venue and partner information to clients to ensure smooth event operations. Liaise with contractors to arrange supplementary services and generate additional revenue. Ensure timely processing of all documentation and correspondence. Attend pre-event meetings to finalize details with clients and contractors. Ensure all event documentation is approved by clients and contractors and submitted promptly. Collaborate with the Health and Safety Manager to complete all necessary documentation within set deadlines. Maintain regular communication with operational departments to meet client expectations. Prepare detailed Profit and Loss statements for events exceeding specified revenue thresholds. Represent the department professionally to clients, suppliers, and colleagues. Collect and distribute post-event feedback to relevant departments. Participate in operational meetings and event planning sessions. Manage client accounts to foster business growth and repeat bookings. Undertake any other reasonable duties as required.

Commitment to ongoing personal and professional development. Willingness to work outside standard hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed. Previous experience in event management within a conference and banqueting context is essential.
