Procurement Professional

ProductLife Group is seeking a skilled Procurement Professional to join our team. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for sourcing products and services to maximize added value and fulfill business requirements in accordance with company and procurement strategy.

About the Role

The Procurement Professional will be responsible for:

  • Actively identifying business needs and wants, and formalizing requirements in cooperation with stakeholders to delivery added value
  • Selecting/sourcing vendors, identifying strategic partnerships, and negotiating with suppliers/contractors
  • Securing vendors risk assessment and quality checks in accordance with PLG guidelines and policies
  • Performing end-to-end contract processing, including drawing-up contract drafts, ensuring approval and sign-off, and keeping Suppliers' contracts files updated
  • Evaluating vendor performance, measuring effectiveness, compliance, and the business's return on investment (ROI)
  • Reducing costs and improving outcomes
Responsibilities

The Procurement Professional will work closely with:

  • Operations (COO/BU heads)
  • Customer Success engagement team (project management)
  • Various stakeholders in respect of the purchase categories they are respectively needing
  • Group Financial Controller
  • Payable accounting Manager
  • Legal Manager
  • External (auditors, accounting firms) and internal (country managers) stakeholders
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor degree
  • ERP systems
  • Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
  • Spend analysis
  • Strong communication/interpersonal skills
  • Analytical and synthetic skills
  • Knowledge of commercial law
  • 3 years experience in Procurement Department
  • Procurement processes, negotiation, change management
  • Previous experience in a multination company
  • Previous experience in Pharma Industry
