Procurement Professional Job Description

ProductLife Group is seeking a skilled Procurement Professional to join our team. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for sourcing products and services to maximize added value and fulfill business requirements in accordance with company and procurement strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify business needs and wants, and formalize requirements in cooperation with stakeholders to deliver added value.
  • Select and source vendors, identify strategic partnerships, and negotiate with suppliers/contractors.
  • Secure vendors risk assessment and quality checks in accordance with PLG guidelines and policies.
  • Perform end-to-end contract processing, including drawing-up contract drafts, ensuring approval and sign-off, and keeping Suppliers' contracts files updated.
  • Evaluate vendor performance, measure effectiveness, compliance, and the business's return on investment (ROI).
  • Reduce costs and improve outcomes.
Reporting Structure:

You will report to the Procurement Manager and work closely with the Operations team, Customer Success engagement team, various stakeholders, Group Financial Controller, Payable accounting Manager, Legal Manager, external auditors, and internal stakeholders.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor degree.
  • ERP systems experience.
  • Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) skills.
  • Spend analysis experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical and synthetic skills.
  • Knowledge of commercial law.
  • 3 years experience in Procurement Department.
  • Procurement processes, negotiation, and change management experience.
  • Previous experience in a multinational company and the Pharma Industry.
