International Business Development Manager - Pet Industry

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced International Business Development Manager to join our team at Noble Futures. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and establishing partnerships with retail outlets and B2B2C prospects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development
    • Identify and pursue sales opportunities within the European pet retail and B2B2C channels.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with pet retail partners, acting as the main point of contact.
    • Negotiate terms and contracts to secure new business and long-term partnerships.
  • Performance Monitoring
    • Monitor sales performance and provide regular updates to senior management.
  • Industry Insights
    • Stay informed on industry trends to develop strategies to aid successful growth of the company.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years sales experience in the UK/European pet sectors.
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
  • Happy to work a Hybrid model office/home based 3 days a week.
