TikMarketing Account Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Account Manager to join our team at TikMarketing. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing key accounts and will be the primary point of contact for clients and their point of contacts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Communication: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure brand success and growth.
  • Account Performance: Monitor account performance and provide regular reports to management.
  • Issue Resolution: Assist in resolving any account-related issues or escalations.
  • Campaign Management: Oversee campaign management, including enrolment, missions, rewards, event management, and promotion scheduling.
  • Affiliate and Influencer Marketing: Manage affiliate and influencer marketing, content management, and livestream management.
