Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at Page Personnel Finance. The successful candidate will provide top-notch administrative support to our Secretarial & Business Support team, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage diary appointments and coordinate meetings with internal and external stakeholders
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations with a high level of accuracy
  • Handle internal and external communication, including correspondence and phone calls
  • Provide administrative support to the Secretarial & Business Support team, including data management and filing
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operations and compliance with healthcare industry regulations
  • Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed
Requirements
  • Proven administrative or assistant experience within the Healthcare sector
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • A detail-oriented approach with a high level of accuracy
