About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Search Coordinator to join our team at Office Angels. As a Search Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Directors, clients, and candidates throughout all assignment processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage travel arrangements and diaries for Directors, clients, and candidates
  • Act as the primary point of contact for administration purposes
  • Provide post-interview support from MS Teams transcripts
  • Prepare and review various documentation such as proposals, reports, and presentations
  • Ensure timely and accurate correspondence
  • Place job advertisements and manage responses
Research and Analysis
  • Conduct internet research to support business assignments
  • Utilize the internal database to identify relevant candidates
  • Manage and update the database in compliance with GDPR requirements
General Administration
  • Assist with office administration tasks
  • Manage the internal database effectively
  • Deal with inbound enquiries
  • Arrange travel and accommodation when necessary
  • Support Directors with financial matters, including generating sales invoices and expenses claims
  • Handle team and board meeting preparations
  • Liaise with suppliers for facilities management
  • Maintain office supplies and inventory
Requirements
  • Demonstrate a high level of integrity and discretion

  • Detail-oriented and methodical
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe
  • Tech-savvy with a good understanding of computer systems
  • Accurate typing and proofreading abilities
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to relay information effectively
  • Proactive and able to take initiative
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a small team
  • Willingness to work flexibly according to business needs
