About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join Quilter's experienced and knowledgeable complaints team as a Complaints Resolution Specialist. As a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in providing a dedicated service to both our adviser/firms and end customers alike.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide support to a team of experienced investigators who are required to investigate and resolve all regulated reviews in a fair and impartial manner.
- Strictly adhere to deadlines and timescales associated to review resolution, taking ownership of a number of tasks which are essential in the overall process.
- Liaise with all stakeholders, including Legal entities and Regulators, to ensure that all reviews are handled in confidence, fairly, consistently and wherever possible resolved to the customers satisfaction at the very earliest opportunity.
- Manage and prioritise your workload independently, taking ownership and responsibility of it.
- Meet tight deadlines, multi-task and adapt to change quickly, while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
Requirements
- Highly organised, proactive, and assertive individual with excellent written skills and high attention to detail.
- Strong IT skills and proficiency in using Microsoft packages.
- Previous experience of working within a complaints/remediation environment is essential.
- Excellent demonstrable customer service skills and ability to build strong internal and external relationships.
