  • Operational Resilience Governance
    • Support the governance and embedding of the operational resilience programme across the organization
    • Support departments in their maintenance of mapping for the operational resilience programme
  • Operational Resilience Training and Exercising
    • Support the operational resilience training and exercising programme; including staff inductions, annual training and tailored scenario testing
  • Incident Response and Business Continuity
    • Support the incident response across the organization, providing subject matter expertise and an incident coordination point
    • Work collaboratively with Heads of Department across the organization in maintaining and reviewing Business Impact Analysis
    • Work collaboratively with Heads of Department across the organization in maintaining, reviewing and testing of Department level Business Continuity Plans
  • Legislative Compliance
    • Proactively research changes in Operational Resilience legislation and regulations and ensure any changes are implemented

Requirements
  • A university degree
  • Experience of developing and maintaining an operational resilience and/or business continuity management programme
  • Banking experience
