Operational Resilience Specialist

Job Summary

The Operational Resilience Specialist will play a key role in designing and implementing the education and awareness program for operational resilience across ION markets. This includes collaborating with business and technical stakeholders to develop a change management process and embedding resilience across business functions. The successful candidate will have a track record of developing education and awareness programs and experience in an education, risk, and/or operational resilience function.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and implement an annual education program with maturity metrics and prioritization of requirements
* Manage the ISO 27001 compliance in coordination with the risk team, ensuring the operational resilience components are met
* Develop client education packs to provide assurance of the operational resilience program for ION's key clients
* Own the operational resilience maturity model and define metrics for demonstrating progress and development
* Engage with business and technical stakeholders to create and manage a change management process to support the embedding of operational resilience across ION markets

Requirements

* Experience in an education, risk, and/or operational resilience function
* Prior experience of developing education and awareness programs across complex organizations
* Strong strategic thinking and ability to see the bigger picture
* Technically proficient and able to utilize the operational resilience tool (Fusion RM) to support the development of the program
