Job Summary

Eximius Finance is seeking a highly skilled Operational Resilience Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and reviewing Operational Resilience and Business Continuity across the organisation, ensuring organisational and regulatory objectives are achieved.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide advice and oversight to business teams on the implementation of policy, framework, and minimum standards for operational resilience and business continuity.
  • Maintain an expert understanding of all regulatory matters pertaining to Operational Resilience and Business Continuity for the UK and subsidiaries.
  • Drive alignment as required by regulation and group objectives.

Requirements

  • Good working knowledge of industry standards across Business Continuity Management, Crisis Management, and Operational Resilience.
  • Knowledge of Operational Continuity in Resolution (OCIR) is an advantage.
  • Proven track record of experience in an equivalent role in FCA and PRA regulated firms.
