Our client is a leading provider of passive fire protection services, supplying a comprehensive range of survey, installation, and compliance services to public and private sector organisations across the UK.

Responsibilities:

  • Procurement and inventory management
  • Site delivery scheduling and stock monitoring
  • New customer onboarding and minor pre-qualification questionnaires
  • Customer invoicing and accounts management
  • Maintaining supplier and subcontractor records for compliance and invoice approval
  • Equipment records and asset management
  • Customer satisfaction and complaints administration
  • Job file maintenance and archiving
  • Preparing documentation for handover and certification
  • Preparing quote documentation for approval
  • Preparing health and safety documentation for approval
  • Credit card reconciliation
  • Supporting contract coordinators with routine tasks
  • Supporting the sales team with initial customer enquiries
