Our client is a leading provider of passive fire protection services, supplying a comprehensive range of survey, installation, and compliance services to public and private sector organisations across the UK.

Responsibilities:
- Procurement and inventory management
- Site delivery scheduling and stock monitoring
- New customer onboarding and minor pre-qualification questionnaires
- Customer invoicing and accounts management
- Maintaining supplier and subcontractor records for compliance and invoice approval
- Equipment records and asset management
- Customer satisfaction and complaints administration
- Job file maintenance and archiving
- Preparing documentation for handover and certification
- Preparing quote documentation for approval
- Preparing health and safety documentation for approval
- Credit card reconciliation
- Supporting contract coordinators with routine tasks
- Supporting the sales team with initial customer enquiries
