Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Multi Trade Operative to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to construction, maintenance, and repair of buildings and properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Repair, renew, and fit roofing trusses, soffit, fascia, and barge boards
  • Repair, renew, and fit ceiling and floor joists, stairs, studding, partition walls, and T and G or sheet flooring
  • Repair, renew, and fit doors and door casing, skirting, handrails, balustrades, pipe boards, and ducting panelling
  • Repair, renew, and fit kitchen units, worktops, and decorative finishes
  • Repair, replace, and fit ironmongery to doors and windows
  • Repair, renew, and fit timber and UPVC window frames
  • Reglaze timber fencing and gates
  • Perform multi-trade skilled work, including patching, plastering, wall and floor tiling, and minor plumbing activities
Requirements
  • Served a recognized apprenticeship and qualification (NVQ L2/L3)
  • Experience working as a Multi Trade Joiner/Plumber and the installation of wet rooms & Disabled adaptations
  • Competent in all aspects of the Joiner and/or Plumbing trade discipline
  • Plastering trade discipline (desirable)
  • Ability to carry out multi-skill trades, and core joinery or plumbing and experience working within a social housing environment (desirable)
  • Driving license is essential
  • Skilled workers will hold a CSCS card, have asbestos awareness, and have own tools
