About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer with an electrical bias to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless operation of high-speed production and packaging equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting planned preventative maintenance to ensure long-term reliability of all equipment.
  • Playing a key role in continuous improvement (CI) initiatives, helping to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Involvement in exciting projects focused on the installation of new, cutting-edge machinery.

What We Offer:

  • A basic salary between £45,000 - £48,000 per annum, plus overtime and bonuses.
  • A permanent position with a company that values and supports your professional growth.

Requirements:

  • Electrically biased with a solid understanding of mechanical engineering principles.
  • Proven experience in a similar role, ideally within the FMCG sector.
  • PLC Skills (Minimum of Fault Finding)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
