We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer with an electrical bias to join our team at a leading manufacturing company in the FMCG sector.

About the Role

As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless operation of high-speed production and packaging equipment. Your primary focus will be on preventative maintenance, continuous improvement, and new machinery installation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct planned preventative maintenance to ensure long-term reliability of all equipment.
  • Play a key role in continuous improvement initiatives, helping to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Be involved in exciting projects focused on the installation of new, cutting-edge machinery.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive basic salary between £45,000 - £48,000 per annum, plus overtime and bonuses. As a permanent member of our team, you will have opportunities for career progression and professional growth.

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • An electrically biased background with a solid understanding of mechanical engineering principles.
  • Proven experience in a similar role, ideally within the FMCG sector.
  • PLC skills, with a minimum of fault finding.
