We are seeking a seasoned Sales Leader to drive growth and success in our European Aftermarket Department in the United Kingdom. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our Original Equipment Service customers.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Relationship Management: Develop and execute strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Account Strategy Development: Analyze customer needs and develop targeted plans to drive business growth.
- Sales Growth: Achieve sales targets by managing complex accounts, negotiating contracts, and increasing Cummins share of the customer's business.
- Support and Coordination: Provide essential day-to-day activities for the OES coordinator, ensuring smooth operations and effective support.
- Cross-functional Communication: Ensure effective communication and alignment across sales roles and internal stakeholders to support cross-business account development.
- Customer Advocacy: Champion the voice of the customer within the business, implementing projects to improve customer relationships and value.
- Reporting and Forecasting: Provide accurate reports and forecasts using Cummins tools and CRM systems, supporting business strategy and decision-making.
- Mentorship and Development: Mentor and develop less experienced sales and account team staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
Requirements:
- Strong Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Strategic Focus and Commercial Savvy: Align your actions with strategic goals and demonstrate a keen understanding of commercial dynamics.
- Account Strategy Development: Assess the current status of accounts and define future targets by balancing customer needs with business capabilities.
- Sales Forecasting and Pipeline Management: Analyze customer data to forecast future trends and proactively manage the sales pipeline to achieve objectives.
