National Sales Director

We are seeking a highly skilled National Sales Director to join our fast-growing team at Kemp Recruitment. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading our sales efforts and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Liaise with all departments to ensure seamless operations and efficient communication.
- Develop and implement personal training plans to enhance staff performance and progression.
- Identify and implement operational improvements to guarantee exceptional customer service.
- Conduct performance reviews for management team members to ensure high standards are met.
- Ensure sales targets are achieved through effective leadership and strategy.
- Proven track record in a sales director role with a background in the Plant, Powered Access, or Hire sales industry.
- Experience in people management systems and processes.
- Ability to consult and negotiate internally and externally.
- Proven record of guiding a team to success.
- Full, valid driving license.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure.
- Excellent organizational skills.
