About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Associate Director, Alumni Relations to join our team at London Business School. As a key member of our Advancement and Engagement department, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing strategies to engage with our global alumni community.

Main Responsibilities
  • Drive Alumni Engagement: Develop and execute plans to engage with alumni, ensuring a world-class service that meets their needs and aligns with the School's goals.
  • Contribute to Strategy Development: Collaborate with the Advancement and Engagement team to develop strategies for alumni engagement, ensuring alignment with the School's overall goals and objectives.
  • Alumni Outreach and Development: Develop and implement plans to engage with incoming and current alumni, ensuring delivery against engagement targets.
  • Stakeholder Management: Manage multiple internal and external stakeholders, including alumni, donors, and School staff.
Requirements
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Develop and maintain strong relationships with alumni and stakeholders at senior levels.
  • Negotiation and Influencing: Highly skilled in negotiation, networking, and influencing to drive engagement and partnerships.
  • Financial Management: Proven financial management skills, including budgeting and forecasting.
  • Leadership Experience: Experience of leading a team in a senior level role, with a track record of delivering results.
