We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Associate Director, Alumni Engagement. This is a key role within our Advancement department, responsible for developing and implementing strategies to engage with our global alumni community.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with senior stakeholders, as well as experience in developing and implementing engagement strategies that drive results. They will be a strong communicator and team player, with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues across the School to achieve our goals.
Main Responsibilities- Develop and Implement Engagement Strategies: Develop and implement strategies to engage with our global alumni community, including the development of targeted outreach programs and events.
- Build and Maintain Relationships: Build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders, including alumni, donors, and other key partners.
- Monitor and Evaluate Progress: Monitor and evaluate the success of our engagement strategies, making adjustments as needed to ensure we are meeting our goals.
- Collaborate with Colleagues: Collaborate with colleagues across the School to ensure our engagement strategies are aligned with our overall goals and objectives.
