  • Providing expert guidance on intricate real estate transactions, including acquisitions, sales, leasing, and development projects.

Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate will be an accomplished Senior Commercial Property Partner with a strong history in the Scottish market. Candidates at the Senior Associate or Director level may also be considered. A comprehensive understanding of the local real estate environment and the ability to navigate complex, high-value transactions are essential. A robust professional network and a commitment to exceptional client service are critical attributes.

Essential Qualifications and Skills:

  • Significant experience as a Director or Partner in a Commercial Real Estate practice.
  • Qualified Solicitor in Scotland.
  • Deep understanding of the Scottish commercial property landscape.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team.
