Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team in Harrogate. As a key member of our store management team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, managing store operations, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Experience
    • Be a brand ambassador for Sosandar, taking pride in setting and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
    • Support the Store Manager in fostering an environment of passion, enthusiasm, and in-depth knowledge of the brand.
  • Store Operations
    • Assist in managing overall operations, ensuring the store runs smoothly and complies with company policies and procedures.
    • Maintain a clear and strong brand image by creating eye-catching visual merchandising and upholding high standards.
  • Team Management
    • Coach and develop your team to deliver exceptional shopping experiences, maximising productivity and profitability.
    • Provide regular feedback and training to lead the team.
  • Commercial Decision Making
    • Work with the Store Manager to manage costs and influence commercial decisions.

Requirements

  • Experience as an Assistant Manager within a similar retail environment.
  • Passion and love for fashion.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
