Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fashion Retail Manager to join our team in Harrogate. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales growth, and maintaining a high level of store standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Experience
- Be a brand ambassador for Sosandar, taking pride in setting and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
- Support the Store Manager in fostering an environment of passion, enthusiasm, and in-depth knowledge of the brand.
- Store Operations
- Assist in managing overall store operations, ensuring the store runs smoothly and complies with company policies and procedures.
- Maintain a clear and strong brand image by creating eye-catching visual merchandising and upholding high standards.
- Team Management
- Coach and develop your team to deliver exceptional shopping experiences, maximising productivity and profitability. Provide regular feedback and training to lead the team.
- Act as a point of escalation for any customer queries or concerns, ensuring a positive outcome.
- Commercial Acumen
- Work with the Store Manager to manage costs and influence commercial decisions.
- Be innovative and take ownership, working with autonomy in the manager's absence.
Requirements
- Experience as an Assistant Manager within a similar environment, with a passion and love for fashion.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Knowledge of fashion retail operations and best practices.
