About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Records Administrator/Assistant to join our team at Applica. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our terminal activities by managing and reporting on site record systems for all our projects.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining business records resilience frameworks
  • Ensuring the accuracy and accessibility of data
  • Administering document management processes
  • Resolving records-related issues and promoting best practices
  • Supporting the production of management reports
  • Overseeing on-site records storage and managing the central library
  • Ensuring the timely transfer, retrieval, and destruction of records in compliance with company policies

About You

We are looking for a collaborative team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills, who can work under pressure while maintaining focus and accuracy. You will have a strong ability to organize and prioritize tasks, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and a high level of computer literacy.

Experience in records and information management, particularly within a technical or industrial setting, is advantageous. You will be proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to supporting our company's objectives through effective records administration.
