**Requirements:**

* Proven experience in senior level Records Management or Information Governance
* Strong knowledge of information governance, data security, and privacy principles
* Familiarity with physical and electronic records management
* Excellent communication, analytical, and organisational skills
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment
