Pharmacy Specialist - Haematology & Haemato-Oncology

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • **Act as a Role Model and Expert:** Provide consistently high standards of clinical pharmacy service in the haematology/haemato-oncology field, serving as a role model and expert for the multidisciplinary team.
  • **Support Education and Training:** Collaborate with the team to develop and deliver education and training programs in medicines optimisation for the Haematology/Haemato-Oncology team.
  • **Expert Opinion and Guidance:** Offer expert opinion and guidance on medicines issues in haematology/haemato-oncology, ensuring the highest standards of care.
  • **Clinical Governance and Research:** Support the development and implementation of clinical governance practices, manage risk, and lead on research into medicines use in haematology, driving the embedding of research practices in the haemato-oncology pharmacy team.
