Sellick Partnership is actively seeking three Project Coordination Specialists to become integral members of a dynamic project team.

Key Responsibilities:

In collaboration with the Regulatory division, you will play a pivotal role in assisting the team with the formulation and execution of the organization's regulatory framework.
You will oversee essential processes, workstreams, and initiatives associated with access and participation strategies.
Additionally, you may be called upon to support various other projects as needed.
Contribute to the formulation of potentially intricate policies that align with the strategic priorities of access and participation.
Generate innovative ideas and identify potential risks while collaborating with team members.
Ensure that practice and performance are effectively monitored, evaluated, and that actionable recommendations are provided.
Recognize and escalate risks and opportunities as necessary.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Demonstrated ability to enhance policies and processes effectively.
Adaptability to shifting priorities with a proactive and flexible approach.
Competence in gathering, assessing, and interpreting data to inform decisions and recommendations.
Familiarity with current research, data, legislation, and broader data trends.
Skill in synthesizing complex data to produce clear, reliable recommendations that support the objectives of the Directorate.

Desirable Qualifications:
Previous experience within a higher education environment and familiarity with policy modifications.
