Key Responsibilities

  • Assist Project Managers with end-to-end event delivery, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
  • Attend creative briefings and contribute to the development of creative responses.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client queries, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Manage delegate lists, coordinate travel arrangements, and oversee on-site event management.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to source venues, arrange logistics, and ensure event success.

Requirements

  • Experience in supporting event delivery, preferably in the pharmaceutical or aerospace sectors.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software.
