Join Our Team as Assistant Restaurant Manager at THE PIG Hotels

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team at THE PIG Hotels. As a key member of our restaurant team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests, while maintaining a high level of service and quality in our restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring seamless service delivery and high-quality food presentation.
  • Lead and motivate the restaurant team to achieve exceptional service standards and high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase revenue.
  • Collaborate with the Restaurant Manager to achieve business objectives, including menu development, inventory management, and staff training.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food safety standards, and company policies.

Requirements:
