General Manager Opportunity at Richmond Harbour Hotel

We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead our Richmond Harbour Hotel & Spa, a 18th-century Georgian property situated at the top of Richmond Hill. This hotel has been named as one of the 100 Best British Hotels by the Sunday Times for its unrivalled park-side position, high-end luxury spa, and buzzy neighbourhood-hang-out vibe.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering on the financial expectations of the business while balancing the demands of hotel general management. This includes leading a team to deliver outstanding guest experiences, managing the hotel's operations, and ensuring the hotel's financial performance meets expectations.

Richmond Harbour Hotel is part of Harbour Hotels, a rapidly growing group with 14 properties across the south of England. We pride ourselves on offering guests exceptional food and drink at our award-winning in-house restaurants, as well as vibrant hotel bars hosting locals and guests alike with exclusive cocktails, local beers and gins, live music, and late-night DJs and dancing.
