Position Overview...
We are seeking a talented Assistant Spa Operations Manager to become a part of our esteemed team at Richmond Harbour Hotel.
This is a full-time position, offering a competitive salary of up to £30,000 annually.

The ideal candidate will possess prior experience in a comparable setting that includes wellness and beauty amenities.
Applicants should hold NVQ Level 2 & 3 qualifications in Beauty, with training and experience in Temple Spa and Elemis being highly advantageous. As the Assistant Spa Operations Manager, you will support the Spa Manager in overseeing our spa and leisure clientele while helping to inspire and guide the team to maintain high standards of customer service. A genuine enthusiasm for health and fitness, exceptional personal grooming, strong business insight, and sales acumen are essential for this role.

Richmond Harbour Hotel is part of a prestigious collection of hotels located in some of the most picturesque areas of the South. Our luxurious portfolio includes stunning coastal, countryside, and urban properties, featuring a variety of exciting dining concepts and our exclusive HarSPA brand at many locations.
Recognized as one of the Best Spa Hotels in London, our facility boasts 13 treatment rooms offering rejuvenating Temple Spa and Elemis Expert treatments, a 20-meter indoor swimming pool, and a spa garden with Scandinavian hot tubs. Additionally, we provide outdoor hydrotherapy pools, a state-of-the-art fitness center, an extensive cardio suite, and a spin studio.

Our operating hours are from 6:30 AM to 9:00 PM on weekdays and 7:30 AM to 8:00 PM on weekends.
