We are seeking an exceptional Spa Manager to join our team at Richmond Harbour Hotel. As a Spa Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our spa facilities and staff, ensuring a high level of customer service and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the spa team, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality treatments
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and membership growth
  • Monitor the spa's financial performance and make recommendations for improvement
  • Collaborate with the hotel's management team to ensure seamless integration of spa services with hotel operations
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to maintain a competitive edge

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a spa management role, preferably in a luxury hotel environment
  • NVQ Level 2 & 3 qualification in a relevant field, such as Temple Spa or Elemis
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers
  • Strong business acumen and sales awareness, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth
  • Ability to motivate and manage a team, with a focus on customer satisfaction and employee development
