Position Overview...
We are seeking a talented Assistant Spa Operations Manager to become a part of our esteemed team at Richmond Harbour Hotel.
This is a full-time position, offering a competitive salary of up to £30,000 per annum.

The ideal candidate will possess prior experience in a comparable setting that includes wellness and beauty amenities.
You should hold NVQ Level 2 & 3 qualifications in Beauty, with training and experience in Temple Spa and Elemis being a significant advantage. As the Assistant Spa Operations Manager, you will support the Spa Manager in overseeing our spa and leisure clientele, while also helping to inspire and guide the team to maintain high standards of customer service. A genuine enthusiasm for health and fitness, impeccable personal presentation, strong business insight, and sales awareness are essential qualities for this role.

Richmond Harbour Hotel is part of a prestigious collection of hotels located in some of the most stunning areas across the South. Our luxurious portfolio features remarkable coastal, countryside, and urban properties, complemented by a variety of exciting dining concepts and our distinctive HarSPA brand at many of our locations.
Our Richmond property has been recognized as one of the Best Spa Hotels in London, featuring 13 treatment rooms that provide rejuvenating Temple Spa and Elemis Expert treatments, a 20-meter indoor swimming pool, and a spa garden equipped with Scandinavian hot tubs. Additionally, we offer outdoor hydrotherapy pools, a state-of-the-art fitness center, an extensive cardio suite, and a spin studio.

Our facilities are open from 6:30 am to 9:00 pm Monday to Friday and 7:30 am to 8:00 pm on weekends.
