Position: Private Personal Assistant in the Charity Sector

Our client, a dynamic and approachable philanthropist, is seeking a dedicated Private Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support in their daily activities. This role is based in a family office environment and involves not only assisting with charitable endeavors but also overseeing multiple properties within the city.

This multifaceted position requires an individual who is highly organized and capable of working autonomously to ensure the seamless operation of the Principal's personal and professional life.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the personal calendar and scheduling
  • Coordinate and prepare for meetings
  • Oversee property management tasks
  • Act as a liaison with the family office team

We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, ideally with a background in private assistance and a passion for the charitable sector. If you possess the necessary skills and experience, we encourage you to consider this opportunity.
