About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Community Mental Health Nurse to join our team as a MASH and MARAC Practitioner. This is an exciting opportunity to work with our dynamic 0-19 universal teams in the London Borough of Redbridge.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with the effective running of Universal Children's services as part of the Multi Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH) and Multi Agency Risk Assessment Conference (MARAC) process.
  • Contribute to the effective management of MASH and MARAC case information within the Locality established panels.
  • Maintain clinical credibility and provide clinical support to Universal teams.
  • Support and deputise for the Team Lead and Operational Lead.
Requirements
  • SCPHN HV/SN qualification.
  • Evidence of continued CPD.
  • Educated to degree level.
  • Minimum 5 years working in community.
  • Experience of working with external agencies.
  • Experience of working across organisational boundaries.
  • Ability to assess needs of families, individuals and populations.
