About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Luxury Travel Consultant to join our team at Ten Lifestyle Group. As a key member of our global team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our high-net-worth clients, advising them on luxury travel options, and ensuring seamless travel experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise clients on luxury travel options, including flights, hotels, and destination management
  • Process client requests, from offer preparation to billing, for individual trips and other services
  • Make reservations with airlines, hotels, and destination agencies
  • Prepare tailor-made offers and travel documents, create itineraries, obtain visas, and handle administrative tasks
  • Mediate with passion and provide exceptional customer service
  • Active sales of promotions and exclusive events

Requirements:

  • Excellent language skills in professional German and English, with a strong proficiency in written and spoken communication (C2 according to The Common European Framework)
  • Ability to speak an additional language, such as French or Italian, is an advantage
  • Completed tertiary qualification or equivalent training, ideally in the field of tourism
  • Several years of professional experience in the travel industry, a tour operator, or a travel agency
  • GDS knowledge (preferably Amadeus) and excellent destination knowledge
  • Strong passion for luxury travel and the lifestyle industry, including gastronomy, events, and culture
  • Service-oriented, flexible, and able to work under pressure
  • Positive attitude and alignment with Ten Lifestyle Group values
  • Strong communication skills and a commitment to exceptional service
  • Availability for a full-time position (40 hours per week)
  • Flexibility to work a 5-day work week between 08:00-20:00 GMT from Sunday to Thursday
