Job Title: Global Lifestyle Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Lifestyle Manager to join our team at Quintessentially. As a Global Lifestyle Manager, you will be responsible for managing the relationship with our high-net-worth clients, providing personalized and tailored services to meet their unique needs and preferences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage client relationships and provide exceptional customer service
  • Research and arrange travel bookings, restaurant reservations, and other lifestyle-related requests
  • Use CRM systems to log client requests, action requests, and update client information
  • Provide quality suggestions and exceed client expectations
  • Communicate effectively with clients via phone and email
Requirements:
  • Fluent spoken and written English and French
  • Work background in personal assistant, customer service, guest relations, lifestyle management, or account management
  • Understanding of requirements involved in lifestyle management of affluent individuals
  • Knowledge of worldwide travel destinations and luxury products/services
  • Warm, friendly, calm, confident, and courteous at all times
  • Pro-active, energetic, and positive attitude
  • Strong IT and CRM systems skills
