About Nota Bene Global

We design and manage bespoke travel and lifestyle solutions for international ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNWs) that go beyond the ordinary, from private yacht and jet charters to exclusive access to events and destinations.

Role Overview

As a Private Client Manager, you will be responsible for managing a small portfolio of clients, providing them with personalized service and expert advice. You will handle all aspects of their travel arrangements, from itinerary planning to booking and other services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, book, and coordinate all aspects of client travel and lifestyle arrangements.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide expert advice and recommendations.
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of upscale travel management and/or lifestyle/concierge experience.
  • A proactive and flexible approach, with the ability to handle multiple requests and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
