Insignia Group of Companies is seeking an experienced International Director for our Lifestyle Boutique (LSB). This pivotal role encompasses the formulation and execution of strategies aimed at expanding our Lifestyle Boutique on a worldwide scale. We are looking for an individual with extensive expertise in luxury lifestyle services, with the primary objective of enhancing and growing our international lifestyle business, which offers customized and exclusive services to High Net Worth (HNW) and Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) clients globally.
The ideal candidate will possess the ability to inspire, motivate, and lead a successful global team in a dynamic environment characterized by new challenges, accountability, and collaboration with diverse individuals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement an optimal operational framework for the Lifestyle Boutique.
- Develop a comprehensive growth strategy for current and future global operations.
- Monitor financial performance, goals, and objectives.
- Drive talent acquisition and management strategies to fulfill the LSB business plan, including location strategy and staff performance across front and back-office teams.
- Oversee the establishment of new LSB offices in alignment with the Insignia Group strategy in key markets.
- Evaluate the existing LSB partner network and strategically cultivate new partnerships with luxury brands and bespoke service providers.
- Forge new relationships with various luxury brands to enhance client service delivery.
- Play a crucial role in the enhancement, development, and delivery of training programs within the service domain.
- Influence and strengthen supplier relationships.
- Take overall responsibility for optimizing the client request processing lifecycle, including the development and implementation of a top-tier quality control framework.
- Assess and guide the performance of various business functions.
- Serve as the global lead for the largest corporate accounts.
- Represent the company's interests in negotiations and in expanding relationships with third parties and key business partners.
- Negotiate contracts, aiming to increase values significantly.
- Focus on business expansion while ensuring the required operational profitability.
- Develop, establish, and implement team KPIs.
- Provide regular performance reporting across multiple KPIs.
Professional Requirements:
- A proven track record with a minimum of 10 years in a leadership role within the lifestyle management, VIP travel, or luxury services sectors.
- In-depth knowledge of the luxury brand industry, either as a client or provider.
- Experience in managing operational change programs, including scaling performance and outcome-based organizations.
- Strong innovative experience derived from a comprehensive understanding of service trends.
- Excellence in organizational management with the capability to coach, manage, and develop high-performing teams while setting and achieving strategic objectives.
- Understanding of financial accountability.
- Demonstrated success in establishing new business locations across diverse geographies.
- Proven experience in CRM system development and the establishment of a client service function.
- Advanced degree and fluency in English, with proficiency in a second language preferred.
